Executive Assistant
Charm City Therapy/Foundations ABA is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support leadership and help drive key operational initiatives across the organization.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. The right candidate will act as a strategic partner, helping coordinate projects, improve systems, and ensure the organization runs smoothly as we continue to grow. Over time, this role has the potential to expand into a quasi-managerial position overseeing operational workflows and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support executive leadership with scheduling, communications, and coordination
Manage and track operational projects from planning through completion
Prepare documents, reports, and internal communications
Coordinate across administrative teams (scheduling, billing, recruiting, front office)
Identify inefficiencies and help improve internal systems and processes
Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Exceptionally organized with strong follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think independently and solve problems
High level of professionalism and discretion
Experience supporting senior leadership or managing complex administrative operations preferred
