This Executive Assistant opportunity is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys serving as a true partner to executive leadership. Supporting two VP-level leaders, this individual will play a critical role in helping executives operate efficiently by managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, anticipating needs, handling confidential information, and navigating shifting priorities with professionalism and composure.
We are seeking someone who can serve as a trusted partner who takes initiative, solves problems thoughtfully, and consistently looks for ways to improve their executives’ day-to-day experience.
Beyond the role itself, this is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive culture at Covista. The successful candidate will become part of a strong Executive Assistant community of approximately 150 EAs across the organization who share best practices, resources, and ongoing support. _In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.51 and $37.18. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
