Clark and Clark Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to not only keep operations running smoothly but also take ownership of social media and marketing tasks. If you’re highly organized, self-motivated, and love the idea of supporting a driven real estate team while contributing to its digital presence, we’d love to meet you. This is not your average assistant role. As our Executive Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to our team leader, managing emails, schedules, and admin tasks, and helping us drive growth through marketing support. You’ll also support sales efforts, ensure systems are running smoothly, and bring a creative spark to our digital strategy. Compensation: • Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 • Paid Time Off • Bonus Opportunities • Potential for advancement Responsibilities: • Managing the CEO's emails, schedules, and admin tasks, and providing support in all business and personal areas, including managing and coordinating daily activities • Providing data presentations for the CEO - analyze team performance, track accountability metrics, and create presentations • Track transactions, listings, and wholesale deals from lead to close • Coordinate with title companies, clients, agents, and vendors • Maintain and optimize CRM, pipeline, and task systems • Onboard new agents/team members and assist with recruiting tasks • Screen and direct phone calls; distribute correspondence • Handle unexpected issues independently (e.g., property access or vendor delays) • Manage and grow the team’s presence across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating and posting engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels • Promote “coming soon” listings, open houses, and team achievements through compelling social media and marketing efforts • Support email marketing efforts and newsletter distribution to engage clients and recruit agents • Maintain a content calendar for brand visibility, agent retention, and team recruiting • Track and report social media analytics and campaign performance monthly • Collaborate directly with the team leader and agents to ensure consistent brand messaging and marketing support • Maintain and optimize the CRM by keeping data clean, organized, and accurately tagged • Implement and manage automated follow-up campaigns and drip sequences to ensure consistent lead nurturing • Monitor lead flow daily and ensure timely, effective follow-up by distributing leads to the appropriate agents • Leverage automation tools and systems to streamline workflows, minimize manual tasks, and enhance team efficiency • Own the "behind-the-scenes" operations of lead management to support the team leader’s focus and improve overall productivity • Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, increase speed to lead, and create a seamless backend experience for the team Qualifications: • 2+ years of admin, marketing, or operations experience (real estate experience is a plus) • Strong knowledge of Canva, Google Suite, social media platforms, video editing, or content creation (Reels/TikTok) is a strong plus • Familiarity with CRMs like FollowUpBoss, KVCore, or similar • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with small, fast-growing teams • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive • Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and adapt to shifting tasks • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will do anything and everything they need to free their agents up to sell Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000
