We’re looking for an energetic, highly organized Loan Partner 1 (LP1) to join our high-performance mortgage team. This role is part executive assistant, part client concierge — managing leads, scheduling appointments, and keeping our database running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll be the first point of contact for new leads and business partners, ensuring a smooth experience from the very first interaction. Responsibilities: • Respond to new leads within 1 hour, track in CRM, and maintain strong conversion rates. • Schedule and confirm all appointments for the Loan Officer • Maintain an organized, accurate database; send birthday/home anniversary cards; assist with client/partner event planning and execution. • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and text. • Manage the Loan Officer’s calendar, prep for meetings, and keep deadlines on track. • Update and maintain marketing templates in Canva; create and post approved content to social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). • Assist with email management, expense reports, and other admin tasks to ensure smooth operations. • Produce daily, monthly, and quarterly reports to track lead performance and identify opportunities. • This position is in the office 2 days/week and remote 3 days/week Qualifications: • Outgoing, positive personality with a genuine desire to help people. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional, friendly phone presence. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM and Canva experience strongly preferred. • Comfortable posting to business social media accounts. • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through — nothing slips through the cracks. • Ability to adapt quickly, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. • Experience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services preferred, but not required. Compensation: $50,000 with monthly bonus opportunities
