If that sounds like you, keep reading: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to the team owner, John Coleman. This is a high-trust role for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in the day-to-day rhythm of a growing real estate business and helping keep both the leader and the team focused and accountable. This position requires someone with a servant’s heart who genuinely enjoys supporting others and handling the details that keep the business running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and persistent. You don’t wait for things to happen; you follow through. If a response is needed, you’re comfortable calling, texting, and emailing until you get clarity, because you understand that momentum in business depends on follow-through. Compensation: • Base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 • Paid Time Off • Bonus Potential • Growth Potential Responsibilities: • Serve as the right hand to the owner , managing priorities, tasks, and deadlines • Own email and communication flow: respond, organize, and follow up • Organize commitments, meetings, and key initiatives to keep everything on pace • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and team priorities • Support client experience throughout real estate transactions • Assist with listing prep, marketing materials, and client communications • Help plan and execute events, projects, and team initiatives • Maintain organized systems, databases, and files • Identify gaps, solve problems, and keep operations running smoothly Qualifications: • 2–3 years of administrative, executive assistant, or operations support experience (inside or outside of real estate) • Real estate experience preferred but not required for the right candidate • Must be able to work in person and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills • Strong sense of accountability, prioritization, and follow-through • Confident communicator who is comfortable speaking up and helping others stay accountable to their commitments • Persistent and proactive, you follow up until things are completed and resolved • Able to identify problems early, escalate when necessary, and help find practical solutions • Hardworking, responsive, growth-minded, and committed to continuous improvement • Systems-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and technology quickly Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
