As we continue to scale, we are seeking a highly capable, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to our Managing Partner (“MP”). This is not a general office administrative role. It requires exceptional communication judgment, organizational command, and professional presence. You will serve as the gatekeeper, project manager, and executive-level proxy for the Managing Partner, overseeing internal and external communications, providing corporate and personal level support, managing time and priorities, and serving as a key facilitator to and for the MP. This role will also provide select support to other C-level executives as needed, ensuring coordination and alignment across executive priorities. COMPENSATION: Based on experience. Responsibilities: • Serve as the right hand to the Managing Partner, providing a broad range of high-level confidential support, both corporate and personal. • Act as the primary point of contact for the MP, serving diplomatically as a liaison between internal teams and external parties, while upholding and promoting strong, respectful, and positive relationships across all interactions. • Proactively monitor division-level key metrics and provide timely periodic reports or data summaries to support the Managing Partner’s oversight and decision-making. • Manage all MP schedules, priorities, and communications, and delegate to other staff members as needed. • Manage, screen, and respond to communications for and on behalf of the MP (calls, email, calendar, text, LinkedIn, etc.). • Assist with preparing, proofreading, and reviewing contracts, NDAs, LOIs, and other legal forms and documentation • Manage calendar coordination, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and facilitation. • Help organize, delegate, and make reservations for events and meetings. • Perform follow-up actions and maintain records of key interactions with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. • Research and prepare business reports and presentations, as well as assist with marketing materials and marketing projects as needed. • Handle confidential materials and communications with the utmost discretion • Manage and coordinate special projects for the MP. • Manage MP records, filing, and database updates. • Plan and manage client and employee recognition programs/awards • Be a champion of our values, integrity-first culture, and servant-leadership mindset. Qualifications: • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and/or relevant professional experience. • Minimum 5+ years of experience in or supporting C-Level executives. • Candidates with experience in commercial real estate, private equity, or mergers & acquisitions, along with an active or inactive real estate license, will be given strong consideration. • Real estate license (active or inactive) is a plus.
