A prominent international law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in its Washington, DC office. This role is ideal for a sharp, organized professional with prior experience supporting senior executives or partner attorneys at major law firms.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to firm leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
Arrange domestic and international travel and handle related logistics.
Serve as a liaison between leadership, attorneys, clients, and professional staff, ensuring communication is timely and professional.
Manage confidential documents and communications with discretion.
Assist with firm initiatives, special projects, event coordination, and internal reporting.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and executive-level reports.
Manage expense reporting and assist with occasional personal projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 5+ years supporting senior executives or law firm partners.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); InterAction CRM experience is a plus.
Strong judgment, ability to prioritize, and work independently.
