    Position Summary

    Construction Employment Services is representing a confidential, premier client in Salt Lake City in their search for an experienced Executive Assistant. This role serves as the primary strategic partner to a high-level executive. The successful candidate will possess exceptional business acumen, unparalleled organizational skills, and the capacity to operate at a high level under extreme pressure. This is a Adaptive availability position requiring constant adaptability and a commitment to protecting the executive’s time and focus.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Calendar & Email Management: Proactively manage a complex, fast-moving calendar. Act as the primary gatekeeper for all communications, filtering requests, drafting responses on behalf of the executive, and prioritizing high-stakes meetings.

    Intensive Travel Management: Handle comprehensive end-to-end travel logistics, including flight bookings, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and visa processing. Frequent travel is required to accompany the executive to meetings, site visits, and industry events.

    Business & Operational Support: Conduct research, prepare detailed briefing documents for meetings, and manage special projects as assigned. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's business goals.

    24/7 Availability: Provide "on-call" support on weekends and evenings to address urgent business needs, schedule shifts, or travel emergencies.

    Stand Required Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required.

    Experience: A minimum of 5–7 years of direct C-suite support experience, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

    Work Drive: A proactive, self-motivated approach with a "no task too small" mentality and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

    Logistics & Travel: Proven ability to manage complex itineraries and travel logistics domestically and internationally.

    Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office Suite.

    Other Requirements Qualifications

    Travel: Has a current and up-to-date passport or can acquire a passport upon hiring.

    Background Check: Can pass a background Check.

    Drug Test: Can pass a drug test.
