We are seeking an ambitious and motivated self-starter who ideally has experience in real estate development. This individual work out of our office in the heart of Tribeca. Candidate will act as the executive assistant to two C-Level executives at Continental Properties and will be expected to complete a variety of tasks and take on projects as-needed in order to help support the executives and the firm. This position is a full-time position.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone interested in expanding their career in real estate development and looking for a more intimate work environment with high exposure.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Administrative tasks including office management, mail & telephone handling
• Assisting with portfolio management including light accounting activities
• Arranging travel, including flight and hotel bookings
• Organizing and file documentation for business and personal matters
• Performing due diligence and assist with new project underwriting
• Liaising with third parties including accountants, legal, consultants, etc.

Qualifications Required:

• Three (3) years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced Proficiency in Excel is a PLUS* but not required
• Understanding of finance concepts a PLUS* but not required
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently in a small office environment
• Handles all matters with absolute confidentiality
• Displays exceptional professionalism on the phone, by email, and in person
