We are a rapidly growing real estate investment company seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to manage day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and keep projects on track. Qualifications: • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and management tools (ClickUp/Asana, Podio or similar CRM platforms). • Adaptable Multi-Tasker: Comfortable switching between diverse responsibilities and deadlines. • Independent & Resourceful: Able to take initiative, think critically, and deliver solutions. • Strong Communicator: Confident in interacting with internal teams, vendors, and external partners. • Highly Organized: Skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail. • Experience creating SOPs and managing multi-step projects Compensation: $22 - $28 hourly
