This is a full-time, in-person Executive Assistant role based in Addison, TX. You will work directly with me to manage communications, organize and maintain our CRM, build repeatable workflows, and help execute hyper-local marketing initiatives. If you enjoy building systems, managing details, and bringing order to moving parts, you’ll love this role. Compensation: • $60,000–$70,000 base salary (depending on experience) • Performance bonuses tied to lead conversion and marketing initiatives • Opportunity for growth as the business scales Schedule Location: • Full-time, in-person in Addison, TX • Standard business hours with flexibility • Occasional evenings/weekends for events or open houses • Must be local (this is not a virtual position) Bonus if you have: • MLS familiarity • Email marketing experience • Canva or basic design skills • Operations or project management background This role is ideal for someone who: • Loves structure and follow-through • Notices what others miss • Enjoys managing details and improving systems • Wants to work closely with a high-performing business owner • Is excited about hyper-local community engagement • Is looking for long-term growth, not just a job Responsibilities: • Manage and organize CRM and lead pipeline systems (Lofty platform) • Capture, tag, and track all inbound leads from open houses, online inquiries, and referrals • Develop and maintain follow-up workflows to prevent lead loss • Manage communication flow (email filtering, call tracking, daily executive summaries) • Coordinate hyper-local marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, content distribution) • Implement and track systems for expired/canceled listing outreach • Document and maintain operational procedures (SOPs) for consistency and growth Qualifications: • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Real estate experience strongly preferred • CRM experience required (real estate CRM a plus) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable building systems and documenting processes • Proactive and able to work independently • Calm, confident, and able to manage a fast-paced environment Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
