    Executive Assistant and Office Manager needed for growing professional firm.

    Renewable energy firm in Greenwood Village seeking an amazing EA / OMG. You will join a collaborative high performing, impressive, and engaging work environment.  This is an in-office role (4 days/week in office, 1 day remote).

    What you'll do

    Your responsibilities will involve holistic support for members of the executive team. This includes managing complex schedules and travel, coordinating and executing meetings, triaging emails and tasks, organizing events, liaising with internal business units and external parties, offering key support on ad hoc projects, and rendering general administrative assistance. As the Denver Office Manager, you will oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a professional, well-functioning, and welcoming environment. In addition, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for facilities management, IT support, and vendors. You’ll manage office supplies and equipment inventory, maintain cost-effective relationships with suppliers, and order replenishments as needed. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating office-wide communications, team meetings, and social events to foster a collegial and collaborative environment. You’ll support new employee onboarding by preparing workspaces, office access, and supplies. Finally, you’ll partner with human capital and administrative staff in other DESRI offices to align on best practices and ensure consistency across locations.

    Background/Qualifications:

    • High level of professionalism and experience working in a professional environment.
    • The ideal candidate will be self-assured, flexible, can-do attitude, team-oriented approach, level-headed individual with well-developed writing, organizational, communication, analytical, time management, and multitasking skills. You will have ownership over your work product and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
    • High level of discretion to handle confidential information.
    • The ideal candidate will have at least two to five years of relevant experience, will excel at working in a team environment as well as independently, and will be adept at managing multiple projects at once. The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must.
    • Proven mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook and PowerPoint and presentation skills), as well as the ability to learn and utilize productivity software including Slack, Webex, Adobe Acrobat, and Concur. A notary public license is a plus (but not necessary).
    • Bachelors degree is a plus – relevant work history will also be considered.
