In this Pittsburgh-based, boots-on-the-ground role, you'll assist with daily operations across two key areas: property management and real estate sales. You’ll be the connective tissue between the owners, their virtual assistants, their clients, tenants, and vendors, keeping everything moving smoothly behind the scenes. Compensation • Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000 based on experience and skillset • Paid Time Off • Bonus Opportunities • Growth Potential • Training Support: Real estate license incentive available if not already licensed Responsibilities: Property Management • Support day-to-day operations and administration of the company’s rental properties • Serve as point of contact for tenants, vendors, and maintenance requests • Coordinate repairs, inspections, and property upkeep • Oversee and manage certain aspects of a renovation project, ranging from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, and budgets • Assist with lease management, renewals, and documentation • Help ensure a smooth transition as the current property manager phases into retirement Sales & Real Estate Operations • Assist with transaction coordination, lead tracking, client follow-ups • Support listing preparation, signage, lockboxes, and staging assistance • Coordinate social media posts and marketing (especially with local knowledge) • Help generate leads through handwritten letters, local outreach, and mailers Administrative & Strategic Support • Build and document systems and procedures for scale • Collaborate with the virtual assistants to delegate tasks and enhance efficiency • Work to improve workflows, optimize CRM use, and increase leverage • Support the team in focusing on high-value, dollar-productive activities Qualifications: • Exceptionally organized and able to bring structure to a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and follow-through • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems and tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Able to work independently while effectively supporting a team • Capable of managing multiple projects and shifting priorities with ease • Skilled at identifying problems and creating effective solutions • Maintains professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality • Brings a strong customer service mindset to every interaction • Comfortable working with driven and direct personalities • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves • College degree and social media experience preferred, not required • Must be based in Pittsburgh • Willing to obtain a real estate license after hiring (agent will reimburse) Compensation: $50,000–$65,000 Base Salary
