    Exact Solar is a growing solar company with a main office located in Bucks County, PA. We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO, helping manage day-to-day tasks, priorities, and communications to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Our main office is in Newtown, PA, however, there is a small office location in Philadelphia that will be utilized for this position to work closely with the CEO.

    Position Overview

    The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, handling administrative, organizational, and communication-related responsibilities. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment. The position is part-time initially, with the opportunity to become full-time based on performance and company needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the CEO

    Manage and organize the CEO’s inbox, including drafting and mirroring email communications

    Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure open items are completed in a timely manner

    Create and maintain daily priority lists and action plans

    Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments

    Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics as needed

    Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

    Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information

    Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, organization, and efficiency

    Qualifications & Experience

    Prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-suite executive or business owner

    Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

    Proven experience managing inboxes, calendars, and executive-level communications

    Ability to mirror tone and style in written communications

    High level of attention to detail and follow-through
