First Atlantic Restoration is seeking an Executive Assistant in the Virginia Beach area who is highly motivated, reliable, personable, organized, and driven by a strong work ethic. This role supports the National Sales Director with maintaining company culture, branding, and day-to-day operations.
Drug testing and background checks will be conducted prior to hiring.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate and manage all internal and external company events
• Create and implement internal processes including weekly Core Value Awards and performance reviews
• Coordinate birthday, anniversary, and holiday cards and/or gifts
• Maintain the online company store
• Set up workspaces and assist with onboarding of new hires
• Coordinate meetings with outside trainers, coaches, and consultants
• Coordinate and support speaking engagements, including assistance with presentation preparation
• Serve as liaison between the Sales Team and Sales Manager
• Collaborate with Sales executives on approaches to build business
• Assist with maintaining company culture, including FAR apparel, online presence, and customer reviews
• Order “Welcome Home” baskets as requested by teams
• Source and order promotional items including research, sample requests, and restocking of branded materials
• Assist with creating and maintaining marketing collateral, including the company website
• Track and renew association memberships
• Assist with industry events, including reservations and attendance
• Manage golf tournament participation
• Manage amphitheater box requests
• Assist with proposal preparation, including research and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Respond to external requests for services, time, charity, and monetary support
• Assist with recruiting efforts including sourcing candidates, resume review, phone screening, and maintaining a candidate pipeline
