    Position Summary:

    The Executive Assistant to the President provides high-level administrative support to the President/CEO, ensuring efficient operation of the office and enabling the executive to focus on strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Manage the President’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily schedule with accuracy and foresight.

    · Prepare internal and external communications, presentations, and reports with a high degree of professionalism.

    · Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, note-taking, and follow-ups.

    · Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

    · Track and follow through on key action items, priorities, and deadlines.

    · Support strategic initiatives by gathering data, performing basic research, and assisting in project tracking.

    · Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

    · Assist with personal tasks and errands when necessary to maximize the President’s productivity.

    · Handle expense reports, invoice approvals, and budget tracking related to the executive office.

    · Proactively identify and solve issues before they escalate.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant administrative or executive assistant experience may substitute.

    · Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior-level executives (C-suite experience strongly preferred).

    · Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

    · Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    · Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management systems.

    · Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong judgment.

    · Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
