From organizing calendars, meetings, and travel to overseeing vendors and household projects, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly. The ideal candidate has direct experience supporting a CEO and COO in an organization of 20+ employees, is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly. Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate CEO’s and COO’s calendars, ensuring personal and business schedules align • Organize meetings, conferences, and networking events • Triage emails, screen calls, and ensure timely responses to communications • Handle complex travel arrangements for business and family needs • Attend executive meetings, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through • Assist with project management, office support, and vendor coordination • Manage household schedules, appointments, and service providers (housekeeper, handyman, landscaping, etc.) • Run errands, oversee expenses, sort and organize mail, and coordinate personal events • Prepare correspondence, thank-you notes, and referral call lists • Support light bookkeeping and ensure bills are paid on time Qualifications: • Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information • Manage and coordinate CEO’s and COO’s calendars, ensuring personal and business schedules align • Organize meetings, conferences, and networking events • Triage emails, screen calls, and ensure timely responses to communications • Handle complex travel arrangements for business and family needs • Attend executive meetings, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through • Assist with project management, office support, and vendor coordination • Manage household schedules, appointments, and service providers (housekeeper, handyman, landscaping, etc.) • Run errands, oversee expenses, sort and organize mail, and coordinate personal events • Prepare correspondence, thank-you notes, and referral call lists • Support light bookkeeping and ensure bills are paid on time Compensation: $48,000 annually to start commensurate with experience
