Executive Assistant – Full Time
Hybrid (In-office: Monday–Wednesday, Remote: Thursday–Friday)

Overview
A growing investment team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their EA career—particularly with exposure to venture capital or a similar fast-paced environment—who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within the role. **

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars with full ownership of scheduling and prioritization
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare and process expense reports
- Support day-to-day administrative needs for senior executives
- Facilitate communication, including in-person interactions and messaging
- Take notes and assist with documentation using internal tools and CRM systems
- Help streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting executives or working in an administrative capacity (venture capital or related industry exposure is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Tech-savvy with adaptability to new tools and systems (experience with calendar/email platforms and note-taking tools preferred)
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Work Style & Environment
- Hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration early in the week
- Standard business hours, with some flexibility depending on executive needs
