The Executive Assistant for Henderson Wholesale will provide support for Henderson Wholesale, a multi-state distributor of Hunt Brothers Pizza. Responsibilities:
Calendar management
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Travel arrangements
Manage and organize the Division Director’s email inbox
Screen importance and draft responses
Handle various administrative duties for the Division Director
Ensure IT is up to date and work with 3rd party IT vendor for any issues
Manage Division Directors to-do list
Prepare documents
Reports
Correspondence
Presentations
Complete monthly expense reports
Take notes for meetings as directed
Keep Christmas tree decorated for all seasons
The ideal candidate has:
3+ years of experience in administrative roles, supporting executives
Post-high school education
Intermediate to advanced technological skillset, previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
The Ability to coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements
Trustworthy and reliable with a high degree of attention to detail
Excellent critical thinking skills and is capable of risk assessment
What We Offer:
Pay at $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience
