I’m looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support a high-performing
entrepreneur and CEO of a growing online marketing company. The ideal candidate will serve
as the right hand to the CEO—streamlining operations, managing communication, and
enhancing productivity—so he can focus on scaling the business and building his personal
brand. This is a fast-paced, highly dynamic role that requires initiative, discretion, and a strong
sense of ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a busy calendar: schedule meetings, calls, and appointments
Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person meetings (agendas, notes, follow-ups)
Prioritize and triage emails, DMs, and inbound requests
Track tasks, to-dos, and ensure timely execution of CEO’s action items
Handle travel booking, conference registration, and itinerary planning
Team & Business Operations:
Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal team
Support hiring workflows, onboarding new employees, and managing team updates
Maintain and improve internal systems and processes
Liaise with vendors, freelancers, and strategic partners
Content & Personal Brand Support:
Manage content calendar for CEO’s personal brand (social, blog, podcast, etc.)
Assist in writing drafts, posting, and coordinating with content team
Organize brand assets and ensure consistent, professional output
Research speaking opportunities, PR, and growth tactics for brand exposure
Hours, Location and Benefits:
Full time 40 hours per week
Hybrid office and work from home hours (Monday, Wednesday, Friday in office)

Qualifications/Skills:
Experience in a similar executive support or operations role
Highly organized, responsive, and excellent with time management
Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and project/task managers
Familiarity with online business and or marketing
High level of discretion and professionalism
