LUXE is currently looking for a high caliber, highly competent individual to serve as the executive assistant to our owner and CEO. Our owner has 12 years of experience in sales, building businesses, and the residential remodeling industry at large. We are a start-up being backed by a $100 million company that our owner helped build.

This is an unpaid, full-time internship, with the possibility of becoming a full-time position at the end of 90 days.That being said, there will be constant, hands-on training in business management and building a brand all while learning how to operate in a fast-paced startup environment where things grow and change very quickly. The selected candidate will help organize events and take part in all major meetings regarding the business. They will also take part in company outings, dinners, trips, and events.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

1. Schedule client appointments

2. Plan events, parties, company trips, etc.

3. Provide ideas and be a part of critical business and strategy meetings

4. Assist in the HR and recruiting process for a growing business

5. Help create the employee handbook for our new company from the ground up

6. Learn every aspect of the business

7. Help qualify and set up leads over the phone

8. Assist in solving customer complaints

Upon completion of the 90 day internship, the selected candidate (if they have met all requirements set forth in the internship agreement) will be offered a full time position at LUXE with a competitive salary within the field and benefits.

This internship is designed to provide an immense amount training and experience for the intern; and, again, ideally lead to a high-paying cushy Executive Assistant permanent position here at LUXE.
