Executive Assistant
Are you interested in a versatile role with leadership opportunities? We’re hiring a professional and proactive executive assistant to support our lead agent. You’ll be in charge of managing schedules, making meeting arrangements, organizing our database, and making sure administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. We are looking for someone who is solutions-oriented, takes ownership, and consistently goes above and beyond. Compensation: • Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Learning & Development Opportunities Responsibilities: • Serve as the operational right hand to the agent, managing day-to-day business activities and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. • Protect the agent’s time by handling administrative, operational, and occasional personal support so the agent can stay focused on revenue-generating activities. • Deliver an exceptional client experience by managing communication, follow-up, and support throughout every stage of the client journey. • Own and maintain the CRM/database, including lead tracking, client records, follow-up management, and relationship-building touchpoints. • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across social media, events, print campaigns, and client engagement efforts while maintaining a consistent brand presence. • Oversee showing and field operations, including scheduling, communication, coordination with showing partners, and ensuring a seamless client experience. • Support transaction and business operations by managing contracts, timelines, reporting, expense tracking, and communication through closing. • Build and improve systems, processes, and organizational structure to increase efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance. Qualifications: • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through. • Proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently. • Tech-savvy, including comfort with CRM systems, social media platforms, and learning new tools quickly. • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach. • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidence working with strong personalities and sensitive information. • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building positive client relationships; real estate experience or licensing is a plus.
