  • Responsibilities

    Our client, an innovative supplement and nutraceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support their founder/CEO and operations. This is a multifunctional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-minded environment and is eager to grow into more senior positions such as Lead Project Manager or COO. 

    **This candidate will need to be local to the New Jersey Coast or Manhattan, with flexibility for occasional in-person meetings and events.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
    • Conduct light data analysis and reporting using Excel.
    • Manage email communications and follow up with customers as needed.
    • Assist with project management tasks, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
    • Support operations with a variety of tasks, from general administration to event planning.
    • Serve as a right hand to the CEO, taking on new projects and responsibilities as the company grows.
    • Attend occasional in-person meetings and events in the New Jersey/New York area.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of relevant experience in an administrative, operations, or project management role.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
    • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and shifting between administrative, operational, and project management tasks.
    • Local to New Jersey Coast, Manhattan, or nearby areas, with reliable access to in-person meetings.
    • Background in a fast-paced, demanding industry such as finance, consulting, or similar is preferred.
    • Interested in moving from a larger corporate environment to a smaller, agile team with a startup mentality.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
    • Eager to take on increasing responsibility and grow into a leadership role over time.

     

    Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 plus benefits
