Why You’ll Love Working Here: • Supportive, faith-driven, people-first culture • Opportunity to grow with a thriving real estate business • Flexible, fast-paced, and meaningful work • Competitive compensation and potential for performance bonuses • Purpose-driven leadership that values your ideas and well-being Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • Manage calendar, inbox, appointments, and daily task flow • Organize and track documents, listings, contracts, and deadlines • Communicate with clients, vendors, attorneys, and lenders on behalf of the agent • Maintain and update CRM with tasks, notes, and client activity • Coordinate transaction details from contract to close • Draft and schedule social media content, flyers, newsletters, and mailers • Order signs, coordinate photo shoots, and prepare marketing materials • Assist with special projects, client gifts, and event planning Qualifications: What You Bring: • 2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience (Real estate a plus) • Exceptional organizational skills and close attention to detail • Ability to manage shifting priorities with calm professionalism • Strong written and verbal communication • Tech-savvy with experience using Google Workspace, Canva, CRM tools, and scheduling platforms • Self-starter who takes initiative and loves checking things off a list Bonus Points If You Have: • Experience in real estate operations or transaction coordination • Familiarity with MLS, ShowingTime, Dotloop, or DocuSign • Social media management or graphic design experience • A heart for serving others with excellence and integrity Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
