As a key member of our team, the LP1 serves as the right hand to Kristin, handling lead management, calendar coordination, client communication, and database upkeep with precision and care. You'll be the first point of contact for new leads, trusted partners, and valued clients, helping ensure the client journey is seamless from start to finish. This is a high-impact position for someone who takes initiative, excels at communication and organization, and thrives in a supportive yet ambitious team environment. Responsibilities: Lead Management & Client Onboarding • Respond to all new leads within 2 hours or less • Maintain an 80% lead-to-consultation conversion rate • Track leads using our CRM and Lead Tracker system • Prepare and schedule borrower consultations • Provide reporting on lead performance (daily, weekly, monthly) Calendar & Appointment Management • Schedule 10+ appointments per week for Kristin and the team • Confirm 100% of appointments one business day in advance • Ensure Kristin’s calendar is always optimized and up-to-date • Coordinate recurring meetings with referral partners • Prep Kristin for daily “Power Hour” outreach **** Database & Client Experience Support • Maintain and update the client and referral partner database • Manage gifting campaigns (birthdays, closing gifts, etc.) • Coordinate and support monthly events (lunch & learns, happy hours, webinars) • Ensure snail mail addresses are accurate for monthly mailers • Assist with newsletters, video emails, and social media engagement Executive & Administrative Support • Manage Kristin’s email inbox with the 4Ds: Delete, Defer, Do, Delegate • Organize incoming mail and expense reports • Maintain digital systems and tech tools • Upload and assist in creating marketing and social content • Anticipate needs—always staying one step ahead Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in executive admin, sales coordination, or mortgage support preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent time management, prioritization, and follow-through • Tech-savvy: CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms • Professional, polished, and enthusiastic about customer service • High attention to detail and ability to multitask • A positive attitude and desire to grow with the team • High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree a plus) • 40-hour workweek commitment • Ability to work under deadlines and manage shifting priorities Compensation: $50,000
