What you WILL DO:
As an Executive Assistant , provide high‑level administrative support to the CEO, board members, and leadership team within a Community Health Center. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare agendas and materials. Handle confidential correspondence, greet visitors, and direct calls professionally. Prepare reports, contracts, packets, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Adobe. Maintain records, update contact lists, support basic accounting tasks, and ensure office supplies and equipment are well managed. Record meeting minutes, compile research and data, and assist with special projects as assigned.
