We’re seeking a polished and dependable Executive Assistant to support senior management with day-to-day administrative needs. This is a critical position that requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
Prepare reports, presentations, and other confidential documents
Screen and manage incoming communications, calls, and correspondence
Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and logistics
Maintain files, records, and confidential information with accuracy and integrity
Assist with project tracking, deadlines, and executive priorities
Serve as a professional representative of the executive office
Qualifications and Experience:
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in an executive or senior administrative support role is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
Bilingual in Spanish and English
