    Are you a highly organized professional who thrives on structure, efficiency, and forward-thinking leadership? We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Managing Attorney and help lead the next stage of our firm’s operational growth. This isn’t just an administrative role — it’s a strategic partnership. You’ll protect and optimize the Managing Attorney’s time, drive clarity across teams, and build scalable systems that enhance firm-wide performance. You’ll also take the lead on building out and implementing Asana as our internal project management platform, ensuring that the entire team is aligned, accountable, and operating efficiently. Responsibilities: Executive Support & Calendar Management • Strategically manage and protect the Managing Attorney’s calendar , ensuring time aligns with firm priorities and high-impact work. • Coordinate meetings, speaking engagements, and travel logistics with precision and flexibility. • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively adjust priorities as needed. • Serve as the point of contact between the Managing Attorney, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication. • Exercise sound judgment in managing communications and commitments, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times. Project & Systems ManagementLead the rollout and adoption of Asana , designing workflows, templates, and automations that improve visibility and accountability across departments. • Implement firm-wide systems and processes to enhance productivity and collaboration. • Maintain and update the firm’s CRM and CMS systems ( Action Step , Lawmatics ) to track leads, client interactions, and firm performance metrics. • Support recruiting, onboarding, and cross-department coordination. • Assist with presentation and graphic design needs for PowerPoint decks, internal documentation, and reports. • Introduce and manage change initiatives, ensuring successful team adoption of new systems and tools. Events, Conferences & Partnerships • Coordinate logistics for the Managing Attorney’s speaking engagements, conferences, and key partnerships to maximize visibility and impact. • Plan and execute internal events, including the annual firm gathering, ensuring a seamless experience within budget. Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 yearly
