Executive & Personal Assistant to the Managing Attorney Are you the person who makes everything run three steps ahead, never drops a ball, and quietly makes everyone around you better? Tyre Law Group, PC is a growing estate planning firm in the LA area, expanding into West Hollywood and beyond. Our Managing Attorney needs a right hand: someone to take the calendar, inbox, follow-ups, and logistics off his plate, while also pitching in on the things that keep a growing firm moving — events, operations, and our presence online. This is a varied, high-responsibility role for someone who wants to be the operational backbone behind a busy attorney and a growing brand — and grow with the firm as we expand. It's a genuine seat at the centre of the business: your work frees the owner to scale and helps build the brand. This role does not involve legal work or legal advice — legal questions are always routed to the right people. It's focused on keeping the Managing Attorney's world organised and the firm running smoothly. This is probably not for you if: you need constant direction and prefer a fully reactive, single-lane role; you're uncomfortable holding sensitive, confidential information to a high standard; or you want a strictly 9-to-5, box-ticking job with no variety or ownership. Responsibilities: • Own the Managing Attorney's calendar and inbox — schedule consults, meetings, and signings; triage email; protect focus time; keep things in sync across offices • Track follow-ups and action items to completion so nothing slips • Handle personal logistics for the Managing Attorney — occasional errands like booking his car for a service or picking things up, so his day runs smoothly • Help plan and run firm events and seminars — logistics, setup, and making the day go smoothly • Assist the Operations Manager with tracking, coordination, and the day-to-day that keeps the firm running • Capture photos and short videos at events and around the office (with appropriate permissions), and help shape and support our social presence • Be a warm point of contact for client scheduling and logistics; prepare documents and coordinate signing and notary logistics Qualifications: Required: • A reliable car and valid driver's licence — the role involves regular local travel, mostly around West Hollywood, with trips to the San Gabriel Valley and North Hollywood, and occasional wider LA runs (e.g., Covina). Business mileage is reimbursed • A visible, hands-on, on-site presence based in West Hollywood • Extremely organised and proactive — you anticipate needs before they're spoken • Discreet and trustworthy — this is a law firm, and client confidentiality is sacred • Strong attention to detail and comfort handling confidential information • A confident multitasker who can switch between supporting an attorney, helping at an event, and capturing content without missing a beat • Calm under pressure, with sharp written communication and a quick grasp of new tools A Bonus: • Social-media-savvy, with an eye for content that plays well online • Prior experience supporting an executive, attorney, or owner in a fast-moving small business Compensation: $25 - $32 hourly
