    What You'll Do

    Responsibilities will include a combination of:

    • The primary function of the Executive Assistant will be to help the three Litigation and Employment Partners to focus on their practices, business development, and management/mentorship
    • Own complex calendaring, scheduling, coordination, travel arrangements, and rescheduling across a high-volume legal practice
    • Prepare, refine, and support presentations, PowerPoints, and client-facing materials
    • Provide high-level administrative support to three partners in busy Litigation & Employment practices
    • Field and screen new client phone calls to assess potential fit and route appropriately
    • Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, presentations, and internal documents
    • Coordinate communications between attorneys, clients, and third parties
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
    • Support billing, time entry, expense reporting, and partner administrative needs
    • Prepare materials for client meetings and internal strategy discussions
    • Anticipate partner needs and proactively remove administrative bottlenecks
    • Assist in onboarding tasks, team coordination, and occasional office-management support

    What We're Looking For

    • At least 4 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders, partners, or executives (law firm strongly preferred)
    • Experience supporting litigation or employment law professionals is a major plus
    • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
    • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients, legal teams, and external parties
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, document management systems, and legal calendaring
    • Bachelor's or Associate's degree or relevant administrative/executive support certification or experience preferred
