Executive Assistant – CEO & Investment Division We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to directly support our CEO and investment division across a variety of high-impact initiatives, including deal flow, brokerage coordination, capital fundraising, and M&A activity. Responsibilities: • Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule, inbox, and travel logistics with precision • Prepare investment memos, CRM entries, deal trackers, and transaction files • Coordinate investor meetings, follow-ups, and investor relations communications • Support brokerage activity by preparing BOV packages, offering memoranda, and market research materials • Organize and track fundraising documents, investor onboarding materials, and compliance records • Attend meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-through on critical items • Serve as a key liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders Qualifications: • 3+ years of executive-level support experience in real estate, private equity, or professional services • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and proactive communication • Experience working with CRMs, Google Workspace, and investor or deal management platforms • Excellent writing, formatting, and organizational skills • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines at once Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
