Job Description
Looking for an energetic, self-motivated, independent worker who is detail oriented, responsible, reliable, and able to handle restricted and confidential information. Requires good communication, follow-up and task completion. Multi-tasking is imperative and duties require navigating between multiple company records and accounts throughout a typical work day. Required skills include AP and AR bookkeeping utilizing Quick Books, utilization of Office programs including Excel, Word and Outlook with strong Email communication skills to handle customer collections and ability to utilize Excel for tracking various transactions and estate assets. Knowledge of real estate transactions is extremely beneficial. Additional responsibilities are filing for a variety of different entities, scheduling and coordinating company travel, activities and events.
