    HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

    We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is an ideal opportunity for someone who considers the Executive Assistant role their long-term career path and is passionate about growing within it. This role provides high-level administrative support to the Finance team, including Accounting, People Operations (HR), IT, and Legal. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in promoting efficiency, managing competing priorities, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination across departments.

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL GET TO:

    • Provide high-level administrative support to the CFO, including email and calendar management, facilitating meetings, expense reporting, timecard approvals, time-off requests, and other administrative tasks
    • Monitor and manage emails and correspondence on behalf of the CFO, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups, including the Accounting Department inbox
    • Manage and optimize the CFO’s calendar by prioritizing and resolving conflicts and competing demands; handle matters expeditiously, proactively; and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline commitments
    • Facilitate departmental meetings (Finance, Accounting, People Operations, IT, Legal), including scheduling, preparing agendas, managing Trello boards, taking notes, and tracking action items
    • Proactively support the CFO with meeting preparation, priority management, and completion of follow-up tasks
    • Act as a liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders
    • Handle sensitive financial and strategic information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality
    • Manage documents for signature and ensure proper routing of forms and approvals to internal/external parties
    • Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives led by the CFO and the Finance team
    • Provide support for onboarding new Finance team members
    • Provide occasional personal assistance to the CFO
    • Assist with customer service and order management for evaluations
    • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and act as a key communication conduit within the Finance department

    THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

    • 5+ years supporting C-level executives; Finance/HR experience a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of how companies operate across key administrative functions
    • Comfortable navigating business terminology, particularly within Finance
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills
    • Detail-oriented with sound judgment and follow-through
    • Builds positive cross-functional relationships
    • Technology-savvy with a proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Zoom
    • Professional, discreet, and customer-focused
    • Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
