About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support our brokers in property management, sales, and leasing functions. This is a new role in a growing office, offering a unique opportunity to make an impact and grow with us.

What You Will Do:

• Assist with property management, sales, and leasing tasks
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and client communications
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Help manage listings, contracts, and reports
• Be the go-to person for office organization and efficiency
