Executive Assistant

Work for a family-owned company that has been enabling businesses to prosper for many generations by providing long-term financial support, advice and resources. They are looking for an Executive Assistant who will partner with C-level executives to support the evolution of the organization and be an integral part of the company.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Handles complex calendar management and keep executives’ aware of key appointments.
- Coordinate and prioritize meeting requests while resolving issues.
- Attend meetings as needed, take notes, and provide logistical support for the Board.
- Manages email correspondence. Utilizes sound judgment to respond as necessary or to assign tasks to key executives as required.
- Interacts with business leaders, board members, and other parties and represents the executive by using discretion to reflect their style and philosophy.
- Effectively prioritizes, collaborates, tracks progress, and adapts to overcome challenges and complete assignments.
- Plan and coordinate weekly staff meetings, and events.
- Keep databases and filing systems clean and updated.
- Manages domestic business travel arrangements and logistics.
- Timely submission of expense reports for processing/reimbursement of all expenses.
Executive Assistant Profile:
- At least 5 years related experience providing support to the C-Suite level management.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
- Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism and the ability to act discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and Zoom, comfortable with emerging technologies and quick to learn new systems.
- A high level of organization and strong prioritization skills.

Compensation: $80-115k/yr.
