We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
Serve as the liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion
Coordinate events, deadlines, and project follow-ups
Support administrative and operational functions for senior leadership
Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
Anticipate executive needs and act accordingly
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
