    Nicholson Heating & Air is looking for a sharp, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a unique entry-level opportunity for someone ready to learn how a business runs behind the scenes — directly from the top. You’ll work closely with the CEO, helping to keep schedules on track, take notes in meetings, organize company documents, and make sure plans actually turn into action. If you’re a strong communicator, good listener, and enjoy bringing order to chaos, this could be a great fit. No two days are exactly the same. One day you might be helping prep for a big team meeting, and the next you could be helping write out a new process that makes the company run more smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who wants real experience, not just busywork — and who’s excited to grow into a key player on the team. Responsibilities: • Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar – Schedule meetings, prep agendas, and help keep the day running smoothly. • Take notes during meetings – Capture key decisions, action items, and next steps, then follow up to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. • Respond to emails and messages promptly – Represent the CEO professionally by managing communications with team members and business contacts. • Document processes and procedures – Help turn ideas and conversations into written steps that the team can follow. • Track and follow up on tasks – Keep projects and people on track by monitoring deadlines and helping remove bottlenecks. • Support with basic administrative tasks – Assist with organizing digital files, preparing reports, and keeping internal tools up to date. Qualifications: You’ll succeed in this role if you: • Are highly organized and detail-oriented • Communicate clearly and professionally (spoken and written) • Take initiative and enjoy solving problems • Can learn quickly and adapt to change • Are comfortable working with digital tools (email, calendars, Microsoft 365, etc.) This is a full-time position based in Park Hills, Missouri. You’ll gain hands-on experience working directly with company leadership, with opportunities to grow as our company grows. Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
