    Our client, a leading private equity firm, is seeking a professional and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CFO.     ***Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience supporting c-level executives and must be coming directly from a private equity firm, or similar. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.***

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Act as the primary liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of C-Level executive.
    • Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence with the utmost accuracy and professionalism.
    • Organize and oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Prepare for executive meetings, including creating agendas, taking detailed notes, and following up on action items.
    • Collaborate with other administrative professionals to maintain seamless office operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in financial services, private equity, or a similar fast-paced environment.
    • Proven ability to manage competing priorities with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
    • Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    What We Offer:

    • $120,000 - 140,000 base salary
