An established and growing investment firm in Midtown East is seeking a highly organized and polished Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join their team. This is a critical, high-impact role supporting senior leadership while overseeing the day-to-day operations of a professional, fast-paced office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
- Oversee daily office operations and facilities management, ensuring a smooth and professional in-office experience
- Manage vendor relationships, office supply inventory, and general upkeep
- Coordinate internal meetings, firm events, and occasional offsites
- Serve as a culture ambassador and internal point of contact for all office-related needs
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a combined Executive Assistant and Office Manager role
- Prior experience in financial services, investment firms, or professional services preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Highly professional and polished written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with a service mindset
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office technologies
