We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a top-producing Loan Officer with 28 years in the business. The primary goal of this role is simple: Free up the loan officer’s time so he can focus on production and significantly increase loan volume. With the support of this role, the loan officer will be able to focus on closing deals and growing the business, while you manage the systems, organization, and day-to-day execution that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is proactive, highly dependable, and thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment. You take initiative, follow through consistently, and operate with a strong sense of ownership. Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required. What matters most is attitude, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly. You should be comfortable supporting a high-performance producer and gradually taking on more responsibility as you grow in the role. Compensation • $25/hour base pay • $100 bonus per closed loan/transaction • Additional milestone bonuses for production achievements • Paid time off • Performance-based earning potential that increases with results Responsibilities: This role is essential in supporting the loan officer’s daily workflow and ensuring smooth, efficient operations. • Support the loan officer with daily scheduling, organization, and administrative tasks • Manage calendar appointments, meetings, and follow-ups • Organize and maintain loan files from application through closing • Prepare, scan, send, and manage loan-related documentation • Communicate with internal team members, processors, and external partners to keep files moving forward • Track active loan status and ensure key deadlines are met • Follow up on outstanding items such as documents, conditions, and signatures • Maintain accurate updates in CRM and internal systems • Assist with email management and general correspondence • Coordinate client and partner communication to ensure a smooth experience • Provide general administrative support to reduce the workload of the loan officer • Support another team member with administrative tasks as needed • Continuously look for ways to improve organization, communication, and efficiency Qualifications: • Must be bilingual: English/Spanish • Preferred: mortgage, lending, or real estate experience (not required) • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Reliable, accountable, and consistent in follow-through • Strong sense of urgency and work ethic • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems • Must be local to the San Fernando Valley/Van Nuys area • Must be fully committed to a full-time role • A strong “whatever it takes” attitude to support team success Compensation: $25 per hour
