Personal Protection Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of executive protection and security services, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the executive team and upper management.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and internal communications.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal staff.
Support special projects, events, and company initiatives as needed.
75% remote work; occasional travel
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management software.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Discretion, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
