    Executive Assistant Skills Responsibilities

    Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organizing and maintaining the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring they are aware of upcoming commitments.

    Communication Management: Reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to emails and phone calls on behalf of the executive.

    Document Preparation: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and communications.

    Meeting Coordination: Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering if necessary.

    Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and handling travel receipts.

    Record Keeping: Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, including meeting notes and important documents.

    Administrative Support: Performing various administrative tasks such as minor accounting duties, managing correspondence, and welcoming visitors.

    Event Planning: Applicant is responsible for planning and executing all company events (such as Grand Openings, Promotional Events, Annual Events, etc. across all companies owned by the CEO). Coordinate logistics and liaise with event organizers to ensure all details are aligned with Executive expectations.

    Property Management: Applicant is responsible for managing Currently 8 Airbnb properties. This includes (but is not limited to) managing all bookings, inquiries, etc. through the Airbnb platform.

    Executive Assistant Skills and Qualifications

    High School Diploma or GED

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
