    We are a fast-growing startup revolutionizing wound care through mobile services and multi-state clinical operations. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, accessible wound care to patients wherever they are. As we expand, we’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in driving strategic initiatives and managing day-to-day operations.

    Position Overview: The Executive Assistant will serve as a key partner to the CEO and other members of the executive team, providing high-level administrative support, managing communications, coordinating schedules, and assisting with strategic projects. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments across multiple time zones.
    • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clinic leadership, investors, and partners.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
    • Assist with project management and follow-up on action items from meetings.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO and executive team.
    • Support strategic initiatives and help track progress on company goals.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Help organize company-wide communications and events as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup or healthcare setting.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
    • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
    • High level of professionalism and discretion.

    Preferred:

    • Experience supporting C-level executives.
    • Familiarity with healthcare operations or multi-location businesses.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
