SVN Providence Realty Advisors is searching for a full-time Executive Assistant to work directly alongside one of the owners of the company and assist with administrative, marketing, and general business-related tasks. Any real estate experience is preferred.

This position is 90% remote, with occasional in-person tasks (approximately 10%) in the DMV area. These may include attending company events, client meetings, delivering or picking up materials, or meeting professionals at properties.
Critical Skills:
Must be a polished communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to draft clear, concise emails and responses to emails, and be capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
Must be highly organized, able to track deadlines, manage competing priorities, and keep projects moving smoothly.
Must be a motivated self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, take initiative, and independently follow through on tasks to completion.
Must be a fast learner, able to quickly learn online software platforms, tools, and workflows with minimal guidance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience working in a professional office environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Experience with Microsoft 365 a plus.
Experience with Constant Contact or similar email platforms is a bonus.
Must live near a FedEx or UPS office or drop-box.
