About the Role We’re looking for a full-time, dependable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to our Managing Director to help keep our leadership team organized and running smoothly. In this role, you’ll handle a mix of scheduling, communication, and project support while working closely with both our team and our clients. Since we’re in real estate and property management, every day brings something different—so flexibility and a proactive attitude are key. We have grown revenue 100% YOY for 5 years so we need someone to help us keep the growth going!
What You’ll Do
Keep calendars organized and schedule meetings, calls, and property tours.
Help prepare and review documents such as reports, contracts, and presentations.
Coordinate travel plans and handle expense tracking.
Communicate on behalf of executives with property owners, vendors, and team members.
Assist with organizing projects, deadlines, and follow-up tasks.
Keep files, records, and systems neat and up to date.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Jump in to support the team wherever needed.
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience as an executive assistant, admin assistant, or similar role (real estate/property management experience is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and spoken.
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and other common tools (bonus if you’ve used real estate software like Buildium or AppFolio).
Someone resourceful, proactive, and dependable.
