    Join a fast-growing, multimillion-dollar company as the CEO’s right hand and manage one of our 10 U.S. showrooms in midtown Miami. You'll lead sales, oversee operations, handle executive communications, review performance data, and support strategic projects and events. This role blends leadership, customer engagement, and high-level execution—perfect for a sharp, driven multitasker ready to make a big impact.

    What You’ll Do:

    Support the CEO with scheduling, event planning, communications, and task follow-ups

    Engage customers in our showroom, provide product guidance, and drive sales

    Manage the showrooms' schedule and maintain inventory records.

    Assist with reporting, team management, expense tracking, and business/personal errands

    Analyze trends and contribute to marketing and operational decisions

    Ensure the best welcoming environment for customers and staff

    What We’re Looking For:

    Experience:

    Minimum 3 years in sales support, executive assistance, or customer-facing roles (retail or corporate settings).

    Personality & Work Ethic:

    Warm, outgoing, and genuinely people-oriented.

    Thrives in a hybrid role with varied responsibilities.

    High discretion and dependability.

    Skills & Competencies:

    Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-trust environment with limited oversight.

    Software Proficiency

    Required:

    High proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

    Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    Preferred (but not required):

    QuickBooks (Accounting)

    Power BI (Data analysis & visualization)

    CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

    Language Skills:

    Excellent English is a must.

    Spanish is a strong plus.

    Flexibility:

    Ability to work flexible hours—including some evenings and weekends as needed.
