As an Executive Assistant in our Wilmington office, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team, enhancing a client-centered approach, and ensuring smooth daily operations. It will be the right fit for someone who's very willing to learn (most of it will be learning on the job as tasks come up), organized, able to prioritize, and can handle juggling multiple tasks efficiently without overwhelm--while meeting deadlines and doing quality work. This position will support our attorneys and paralegals. Responsibilities: • Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos, and report details as appropriate. • Ensure all calendars/schedules are organized and up-to-date. • Prioritize and complete projects and client matter-related tasks with attention to detail, ensuring adherence to deadlines. • Execute other tasks as assigned, such as picking up orders, arranging personal appointments, traveling to the courthouse, completing office errands, etc. • Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office supplies. Qualifications: • Must be accustomed to juggling multiple responsibilities at one time, working on strict deadlines, and handling confidential information. • Must be fluent with Microsoft Office Suite--especially Outlook, Word, and Excel. • Must possess strong organizational skills, communication skills (spoken and written), time management skills, and interpersonal skills. • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a college education is preferred. • Must have 2 or more years of experience as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
