    We are seeking a polished, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support a lean and high-performing investment team at a leading private equity firm in San Francisco. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced investors in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic setting and takes pride in delivering high-quality work with precision and professionalism.

    Executive & Team Support:

    • Provide high-touch administrative support to a small team of investment professionals

    • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and prioritize competing commitments

    • Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and logistics

    • Prepare internal documents, meeting materials, and briefing packets

    • Process expenses and maintain meticulous records in accordance with firm policies

    Operations & Project Coordination:

    • Support investor presentations, pipeline tracking, and diligence coordination

    • Assist with document management, data entry, and CRM updates

    • Liaise with external partners, portfolio companies, and internal stakeholders on behalf of the team

    • Maintain high-quality standards in communication, formatting, and organization

    • Assist with office operations and team initiatives as needed

    Firm & Culture Support:

    • Help plan internal team offsites, partner meetings, and investor sessions

    • Support recruiting coordination and onboarding logistics for new hires

    • Uphold firm values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence

    • Serve as a culture carrier, fostering a positive and professional team environment

    Qualifications:

    • 1–5 years of professional experience, ideally supporting senior executives or investment professionals

    • Prior experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or financial services strongly preferred

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred

    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with superior attention to detail

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with CRM or deal-tracking systems

    • Ability to anticipate needs and operate with judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
