Serv is partnering with a high-performing entrepreneur and real estate advisor in New York City to hire an exceptional Executive Assistant.

The Executive Assistant will act as a true extension of the CEO, bringing structure, clarity, and proactive support to a fast-moving, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by working closely with a founder and wants to help build something meaningful.
Note: A real estate license required (support for obtaining license upon commencement of employment if not already licensed)
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the CEO and serving his clients, proactively managing communications, calendar, and project management. You operate as a high-trust partner, enabling the CEO to focus on high-impact priorities.
Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling and logistical challenges
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups for meetings
Manage communication tone/coordination across meetings, client interactions, internal workflows.
Track action items and ensure follow-through across priorities
Organize travel
Client coordination, scheduling, and documentation
Prepare client-facing materials with high-quality output; support transaction-related admin as needed
Tech & AI enablement: leverage tools (including AI) to improve productivity and enhance how the CEO operates
Conduct regular property searches ("buyer treasure hunts") for the CEO's buyer clients, identifying best-fit listings against client criteria and exercising strong judgment in shortlisting
Schedule showings and coordinate directly with agents
Occasionally cover open houses when the team is short on bodies
Location: New York, NY (On-site required / open to relocation)
Employment Type: Full-Time, in-office 5 days/week, with flexibility
Salary: $80K–$100K+ based on experience
