    About Snack Innovations

Snack Innovations is a fast-growing consumer packaged goods company with a passion for better-for-you snacking and the parent brand behind Drizzilicious, Natural Endurance, Smart Fries, and Sunday Snacks. Operating as both a private label manufacturer and direct-to-consumer snack brand innovator, we’re rapidly expanding and looking for driven, entrepreneurial people to grow with us.

We are looking for builders and doers who thrive in agile, entrepreneurial environments and are comfortable creating structure where it does not yet exist. The ideal candidate has seen best-in-class operations and knows how to adapt that experience in a fast-moving setting.

Are you the person who is always three steps ahead?

We are looking for an exceptionally sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant who thrives alongside senior leadership and knows how to keep fast-moving executives focused, prepared, and on track.

This is not a traditional administrative role. We are seeking someone who enjoys being at the center of the action and managing complex schedules, anticipating needs, solving problems before they become problems, and making sure important details never fall through the cracks.

The right person will be smart, confident, resourceful, technologically savvy, and highly motivated. You know when to take initiative, when to ask questions, and when to simply make it happen. You are comfortable working with different leadership styles, can quickly build trust, and genuinely enjoy helping executives operate at their best.

If you love creating order out of complexity and being the person senior leaders rely on to keep everything moving, this could be an exciting next step.

    What You Will Do

Own and manage complex executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and competing priorities

Keep executives prepared with the information, materials, and follow-up needed for important meetings

Coordinate travel, itineraries, expenses, and executive logistics

Manage and prioritize executive email, communications, approvals, and important deadlines

Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling, administrative, and technology issues

Serve as a trusted liaison with senior leaders, employees, customers, and business partners

Track contracts, renewals, commitments, and other key business matters

Conduct research and provide concise information to support executive decisions

Assist with special projects and priorities requiring initiative and independent follow-through

Support the company’s implementation of EOS, including meeting preparation, Rocks, Scorecards, To-Dos, and follow-up

Leverage technology, AI, and automation tools to improve executive efficiency and organization

    What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience

5+ years of executive administrative experience, requiring direct experience working with C-suite executives

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through

Strong judgment and the ability to work independently and anticipate needs

High emotional intelligence, confidence, professionalism, and adaptability

    A proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

Strong technical aptitude and comfort with document management, collaboration, AI, automation, and other business technologies

Experience with EOS or a comparable business operating system strongly preferred

Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, manufacturing, CPG, or rapidly growing organization preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional discretion and ability to handle confidential information

Ability to work on-site in Piscataway, New Jersey, with flexibility based on executive and business needs

    Why This Role?

This is an opportunity to become a trusted partner to senior leadership in a rapidly growing organization where your judgment, initiative, and ability to execute will matter every day.

We are looking for someone who does not simply wait for a task list. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen.
